The property is new and well-maintained. Coco Jaguar restaurant is nearby. Walking distance to a large supermarket. Lovely garden. Fridge and fantastic air conditioning. Modern, clean, and perfect space. Kitchen is great. Housekeeping does a wonderful job. Nice walk to town and playa Norte. Casa Luisa restaurant has an amazing view. Caretakers Romeo and his wife are helpful and professional. Air conditioning works wonderfully. Neighborhood is away from tourist areas. Lovely flat close to lagune. Comfortable bed and apartment has a kitchen. Amazing breakfast place nearby.

The location of the hotel next to a lagoon offers stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The well maintained gardens provide a beautiful setting for relaxation. the hotel is conveniently situated close to the Laguna beach, making it easily accessible for guests to enjoy the seaside.
The shower only provides warm-ish water, which may not be ideal for those who prefer hot showers.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. We loved the fact that it was located next to a lagoon, and sitting in the well-maintained garden was a delight. The highlight was definitely the proximity to the Laguna beach and the Coco Jaguar restaurant, which served amazing food. The staff was helpful and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel offers great value for money with its spacious and clean apartments. The fully equipped kitchen allows guests to cook their own meals, saving money on dining out. The location is convenient, close to everything including beaches and a lagoon. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service.

The housekeeping was excellent, nice and thorough. Secure unit with exterior gate. Hot water and drinking water system. Romeo fixed small details for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Suites Lorens. The cleanliness of the apartment was outstanding and the modern decor made it feel fresh and inviting. The daily cleaning service was a nice touch. The location outside of the downtown core offered a friendly neighborhood atmosphere with a variety of services nearby. The security was top-notch and we felt safe throughout our stay. Although the kitchen utensils were limited, the well-maintained kitchen was perfect for our needs. The nearby restaurant, Casa Luisa, provided delicious meals with a stunning view. Despite a few minor inconveniences like low water pressure in the shower and limited seating in the living area, we were able to make ourselves comfortable and enjoy our time at Suites Lorens. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly neighborhood, and excellent value for money.
